Two BMTN Members Named State Finalists for PAEMST

BMTN’s Heather Vonada and Ellen Payne have been named as finalists for the Presidential Awards for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching for their respective states of Vermont and Maine.  PAEMST is the highest honor given by the U.S. government specifically for K-12 math and science teaching, recognizing teachers who create and implement a high-quality instructional program that is steeped in content knowledge and enhances student learning.
